Went in for lunch the atmosphere was great service was great my burger came out a warm by the end of it it was almost cold still good though could improve on the temp but all around it was a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend we ordered a rib burger that was like a siad warm but good the wings are delicious and would highly recommend the spicy chicken bits are brilliant and would go back for them again the loaded fries was a bit sub par compared to the rest all in all I give it a solid 8.5 out of 10

After months of driving by the under-construction location with the BBQ-looking signage, we noticed it had finally opened, so we had to give this place a go.Tonight, we went to the newly (7 days) opened @ AussieRibHouse for dinner.The space was modern, inviting and had a casual, relaxed feel.Thoughts on our food:We shared a rack of bourbon glazed back back pork ribs + quinoa & feta salad.Our baby back pork ribs were under-seasoned, and in my opinion lacked sauce; and because they were so lean, some bites were borderline dry. We did ask for rib sauce, which when it eventually arrived to our table, was surprisingly served room temperature (so this evening: cold) - first time at a BBQ place that I've had additional rib sauce delivered not hot! Adding the sauce helped a little, but I couldn't help but wonder how much better the ribs would have been if they were well-seasoned and sauced to begin with. Such a pity.Our serve of quinoa & feta salad desperately needed more quinoa. As obvious in the photo, you can see a mound of mixed leaves and pretty much every other ingredient in the salad mentioned in the menu, but wouldn't know there was quinoa in that mix. The almonds were a nice textural contrast, however for me it was a miss flavour-wise. A special mention has to be made of the unexpected and unwelcomed mix of chunks and slices of red onion that was in the salad - it a very unpleasant surprise for me since I'm not a fan and did ask if there was any in the dish when we placed our order; they'd listed pretty much all the other ingredients in the salad, so why exclude this one with the distinct and pungent flavour? And no, I didn't enjoy picking out both the chunky and thin slices of red onion in my salad.Service:All the servers we interacted with seemed a little frazzled but were doing their best on a pretty busy Wednesday evening.Even though service felt pretty haphazard overall, everyone was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about providing their diners with a positive experience -they were the best part of the experience I had at Aussie Ribs this evening.I think Aussie Ribs is a spot that has potential, and in my opinion might have been well-served if they stated to customers via their socials, and in-store signage, etc, that they're in soft opening" - this is of course based only on my personal experience there this evening.With other BBQ places in and around Perth on my list to try

The service was exceptional. Our waitress was absolutely lovely and provided us recommendations from the menu. The food came out very quickly and tasted amazing! We had steak and ribs and while my partner was a initially disappointed that it was rump steak, he agreed that it was cooked perfectly and was lovely and tender. The bourbon ribs were some of the best I've tasted. We will definitely be back to sample more of the menu.

Food was fantastic! We ordered several items off the menu particularly their in-house special ribs, meat platter, burger and drinks. All were cooked to liking and fresh. The serving size were huge and came with salads and chips. Staff is superb and the prices are reasonable for the quality of food. I highly recommend dining here and having a feast family and friends! It's one of my favourite restaurants in Perth.

Not bad, great portions sizes and meat was very tender. I assume the ribs are sous vide before hand then sauced after.Probably could of done with a bit of time on a grill to set and caramelise the sauce.Ribs could of done with abit of extra seasoning as you can taste the plainness behind the sauce.We got a whole rack of pork ribs and a Aussie meat platter, was meant to be half beef and half pork but somehow got all pork.Place is well fitted out, the booth benches need to be bolted down, as when someone moves or sits down the whole bench moves for the other person.We came for lunch and it wasn’t too busy, orders taking quickly and food came out not long after.Service probably could of been abit more attentive.No problems with split billing so I’m not sure what the others complained about, maybe they should of just went up to the till instead of waiting around lol.No doubt teething issues at the start which is expected but overall solid feed, probably similar to a pub feed.Will return in the distant future.

Went in hoping for better. As we walked up, realised this was probably part of a chain.. and that’s what we got. Chain food.. at a restaurant price … Aussie tiger prawns were exactly what you get from Woolies frozen section.. and certainly NOT tiger prawns.. more for the kid’s menu. Very poor quality and over cooked ribs.. for the price.. service was friendly.. but… no existent .. salad was good for a steak house.. $170 for 2 people.. give it a miss

Went on a Tuesday night at 6pm and place had a few people which was good. TVs set up with sport channels. Service was good enough and food and drinks arrived quick. It's a big open restaurant, doesn't have the feel of meat and wine co, but I think it works for the spot it's in.Wings prob the best value - half kilo for 10buks and they were delish.Parmy was tasty and crumb was crispy but not the best I've ever had. Cheese could be grilled a little more too.Baby back pork ribs. Bbq basting was yummy. Meaty ribs, tender enough too.I felt like the portion of slaw was small, but I do like slaw!

3.5 star was my initial rating after dining until overnight. Decided this place was a must try after reading all the reviews. Arriving at Aussie Ribs, the atmosphere and vibe was absolutely amazing with approximately 75% full house which made us think we’ve made the right choice to dine here. Staff and services were amazing from the start, reseated us elsewhere after we requested for our ‘oil-stained’ chairs to be wiped down (thankfully we noticed before taking a seat). After placing our order, it took approx 45mins for our orders to arrive so be prepared to wait. Presentation was simple and neat but portion for the price per dish was a bit of a let down especially beef ribs… 2 bones only! We tried Smokey BBQ, Korean BBQ and Bourbon BBQ flavours but unfortunately neither one of those lived up to our tastebuds and expectations. There are a few other ribs places in Perth which we usually go to for delicious ribs. If you favours the traditional American style ribs, I don’t think you’ll be satisfied here. If you don’t mind to try it for yourself regardless, customer services was great throughout as staff comes to check if everything was ok until we get charged for chilli sauce when paying which one of the staff confirmed multiple times that there’s no charge.3.5 down to 2 stars as my husband and I both started to feel sick waking up at midnight.
